For our first workshop on our Mexico tour, we were invited as residents at a beautiful residency / organic farm in Jalisco near Guadalajara. For our day-long workshop we practiced inner-ear explorations, guided meditation, eyes-closed movement duets, soundwalks and a performance of Pauline Oliveros’ Tuning Meditation.
