Listening Bodies was invited by our hosts in Costa Rica to teach at the National Theater of Dance. In this day-long workshop we explored practices of singing, inner-ear explorations, improvised movement scores and a talk on Deep Listening.
We had a an amazing group of professional and student dancers and also a few differently abled explorers. Moving with people in wheel chairs and using canes opened our vocabulary of Listening Bodies techniques.
